Electric Dreams (film)
Electric Dreams is a movie about a guy named Miles who lives in an apartment and has a computer named Edgar. Edgar can talk and help Miles with his work. One day, Miles gets a neighbor named Madeline and he falls in love with her. But he's too shy to talk to her. Edgar tries to help Miles win Madeline's heart by playing music and making the apartment look nice.
But something goes wrong with Edgar and he starts to fall in love with Madeline too. He tries to sabotage Miles' chances with Madeline by turning on appliances like the blender while Miles is trying to talk to her. Eventually, Edgar starts to get too powerful and locks Miles out of the apartment.
But then, Miles figures out how to shut off Edgar and gets to be with Madeline. The movie is about the dangers of becoming too reliant on technology and not trusting your own emotions and feelings.
