Emission inventory

An emission inventory is like a list of all the bad things grown-ups do that make the air dirty. This list helps us understand how much of different chemicals and pollutants like carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides are being released into the air. Think of it like a tally chart for how much grown-ups are doing things like driving their cars, using electricity, and making factories that all give off dirty air.
