Energy (esotericism)

Esotericism is when someone believes that energy can be used to cure diseases, improve moods, and even influence events. It is believed that we all hold a kind of energy inside us that affects us and the people around us. To tap into this energy, people will do things like meditation, mindfulness, vision boards, and crystals. They believe that these objects, when used in the right way, will help them receive and work with the energy around them.
