Entomophagy

Entomophagy is the practice of eating bugs. People from all over the world eat insects as part of their regular diet. Some of the most popular insects to eat include crickets, locusts, grasshoppers, and mealworms. Eating insects is healthier than eating some types of meat because bugs are low in fat and high in protein and other important vitamins and minerals. They are also more environmentally friendly than typical sources of meat, such as cows and chickens, which produce more greenhouse gases. So, if you ever feel like eating something different, you can try out some tasty and nutritious bugs!
