Environmental Economics

Environmental economics is the study of how people use and manage the world's limited resources, like land and water. It looks at how different people and businesses decide how to use the environment in a way that benefits the most people, while also helping to protect the environment and its natural resources. This could involve things like how to make sure that there is enough water for everyone to drink, how to stop air pollution, or how to make sure that wildlife are protected. By understanding how people and businesses make decisions about the environment, environmental economists can help to create policies that will benefit people and nature at the same time.
