Ethnocracy

Ok kiddo, today we will talk about something called ethnocracy.

Imagine you and your friends love playing a game called ball. You all decide that because you love ball so much, only kids who are good at ball can play. This means that some of your friends who are not good at ball are left out and can't play.

Ethnocracy is kind of like this game, but with bigger consequences. In an ethnocracy, some people in a country or society say that only certain types of people can have power and control. Usually, they say only people who belong to their own ethnic group can be in charge. This means that people who are not part of that group might be left out and not get a chance to have the same opportunities or rights as the others. It's like playing ball, but with real people's lives.

This is not a good thing, as it can lead to unfairness, inequality and even conflicts. We should always treat everyone equally and fairly, no matter what group they belong to.
