European Council decisions on designer drugs

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes people make bad things that hurt other people, like drugs that can make you sick or even hurt you really bad? Well, the European Council is a group of grown-ups who work together to try and stop those bad drugs from hurting people. They meet and talk about which drugs are dangerous and then they make rules that they hope will keep people safe.

But sometimes the people who make those bad drugs are sneaky and try to make new drugs that are even worse but still legal. That's where designer drugs come in - they're like new versions of bad drugs that no one has seen before.

So the European Council has to keep watching out for these sneaky people and their new drugs. When they find out about a new designer drug, they talk about it and figure out how to make it illegal so that people can't buy it and get hurt.

It's kind of like playing a game of whack-a-mole, where the bad guys keep popping up and the European Council has to keep hitting them back down. But they do it to keep everyone safe and healthy.
