Exercise is anything that gets your body moving! When you do exercise, you are telling your body it needs to work harder and it will start to burn off energy like you get from eating food. Exercise can help you get fitter and stronger, and it can make you feel happier too! Exercise can be anything from running to playing tag outside or even twisting and stretching in yoga. So next time you want to do something fun, why not go for a jog or a bike ride or do some stretching? That way your body gets stronger, and you get to have fun at the same time!
