Expression (architecture)

An expression in architecture is like a face. Just like how our faces show different emotions, expressions in architecture show different feelings or messages. For example, a building with a lot of windows and a bright, open design might express happiness and welcome, while a building with fewer windows and a tall, imposing design might express seriousness or power. Just like how we can recognize someone's emotions from their face, we can recognize a building's expression from its design.
