Extraversion and introversion

Extraversion and introversion are terms used to describe someone's energy level and how they get energy. People who are extraverts are people who like to be around other people. They get their energy from spending time with other people, talking and being around them. People who are introverts usually get their energy from spending time alone or with a few close friends. They usually don't need as much people around them to feel energized.
