Facial expression

Facial expressions are how our face looks when we feel or show a certain emotion. For example, when we are happy, we might smile with our mouth, and our eyes might crinkle up. When we are sad, our mouth might be in a frown, and our eyes might look down. When we are surprised, our mouth might be opened a little, and our eyes might be wide. Facial expressions are one way that people can tell how we are feeling without us having to say anything.
