Family systems therapy

Family systems therapy is like a big jigsaw puzzle where everyone in a family gets a piece of the puzzle. This helps the family work better together and solve problems.

Just like a puzzle, families have lots of different parts that work together. There's parents, siblings and sometimes grandparents and cousins too. When one piece of the puzzle isn't working well, it can cause problems for the whole puzzle.

Family therapy helps everyone in the family talk about things that are bothering them and find ways to solve the problems together. It's kind of like having a big family meeting and everyone gets to talk.

The person leading the meeting is called the therapist. They listen to everyone and help the family come up with ideas to fix the problems. This can help families feel happier and closer together.
