Federacy

Okay kiddo, so you know how when you go to school, you have a class with a bunch of other kids and there is a teacher to help you learn? Well, imagine if there were a bunch of different schools like yours all over the place, but they wanted to work together to make some decisions and help each other out.

That's kind of like what a federacy is! It’s when different groups or places come together and work together to make rules and help each other out. They still get to have their own say and do things their own way, but they also work together to make things better.

For example, let's say there are five different cities that want to create a federacy. Each city has its own mayor and city council, but they all agree to work together on some issues. They might create a group called the federacy, and the mayors and councils from each city would get together to make decisions.

Maybe they decide to work together to improve the roads between their cities, so it's easier for people to travel. Or they might create rules about how to help each other out during emergencies, like if there's a big storm or fire.

The federacy lets different groups work together for a common goal, while still keeping some independence. It’s like teamwork but with more freedom!
