Fermion

A fermion is a type of particle that makes up everything in the universe. It has something called a 'spin' (which tells us how it behaves) and it can be either an 'up' or a 'down' spin. Fermions are the building blocks of matter, which means they make up the stuff all around us. They are made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons. The combination of these particles creates atoms and molecules, which then make up the things we see and touch.
