Fleet card

Hey kiddo, do you know what a credit card is? It's a special card that people use to buy things instead of using cash. Well, a fleet card is like a special type of credit card, but it's not for people to buy stuff with, it's for companies who have lots of employees that drive cars or trucks.

Let's say there's a big company called ABC Construction that has a bunch of trucks that their workers use to go to job sites. The company needs a way to pay for things like gas, oil changes, and other car-related expenses without giving all of their employees individual credit cards. That's where a fleet card comes in!

The company gets a special fleet card that they can give to just a few people in charge of the trucks, like the manager or the head mechanic. These people can use the fleet card to pay for all of the expenses that the trucks need, and they don't have to worry about keeping track of receipts or spending too much money.

The fleet card is also helpful for companies because they can set limits on how much each employee can spend on the card, so they can make sure no one is overspending or using the card for things they shouldn't be. Plus, the company can get rewards or discounts for using the fleet card at certain gas stations or stores.

So, a fleet card is like a special credit card that helps companies pay for their car expenses in an organized and efficient way without giving every employee their own credit card.
