Forced abortion

Well, kiddo, sometimes when a woman is going to have a baby, someone might try to make her stop. This is called a forced abortion. Usually, it happens when the people in charge – like the government or parents - don't want the woman to have a baby for some reason.

It's not a nice thing to do because it means that the pregnant woman has to stop carrying the baby, which can be hard on her body and feelings. It's also not fair because it's the woman who should get to decide whether or not she wants to have a baby.

In fact, some countries and people all over the world think that forced abortions are really wrong, and they work really hard to stop them from happening. It's important that people respect other people's rights and let them make their own choices about their bodies and their families.
