Forest conservation

Forest conservation is when people work to keep forests safe and healthy. Forests are very important for the planet because they are home to lots of different plants and animals, and they help keep oxygen in the air for us to breathe. People do things like planting trees, and not cutting down trees unless it is necessary. They also try to reduce damage to forests from pollutants and make sure that animals living in the forests are being treated well. People also work to protect forests from fires, floods, and diseases. By protecting forests, we help keep the planet healthy and make sure that future generations will still have forests to enjoy.
