Former Shu
Former Shu was a place a long time ago in China where people used to live. It was ruled by someone called a king.
The king wanted to be very powerful and have lots of land and people working for him. So, he sent his army to fight other places around him and take over their land.
One day, a man named Wang Jian came and attacked the King's army. He was very tough and had many soldiers with him. They were able to defeat the King's army and take over the land.
Wang Jian then became the new ruler of the place and it was renamed to "Former Shu" to show that there was a new person in charge. People continued to live there and follow the new rules set by Wang Jian.
That's basically how Former Shu came to be.
