Fractional Fourier transform

The Fractional Fourier Transform (FRFT) is like a normal Fourier Transform but it can break apart a signal into even tinier parts. It can do this by taking the signal and splitting it up into smaller pieces, like a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces are turned around and twisted so that they look different. This allows us to more closely examine the different parts of the signal and understand how they fit together. It’s a bit like using a magnifying glass to look at something small instead of looking at it with your eyes.
