Chirplet transform

Chirplet transform is a way of looking at sound that is similar to how we look at pictures. In a picture, we can see the different shapes and colors of the things in the picture, but it can be hard to tell how those shapes and colors move or change over time. In a chirplet transform, we can see both shape and movement in sound. It is like looking at a picture of a bird flapping its wings – we can see the shape and position of each wing and how it flaps. We can also see how the bird's movement changes over time. In a chirplet transform, our ears can 'see' how the sound changes over time and it allows us to analyze the sounds in different ways.
