Frame grabber

A frame grabber is a type of device that is used to capture images from a video source. It works by taking the video feed from a video source such as a camera or a TV and creating a digital picture out of the data it receives. It then stores these digital pictures in a file or in RAM on your computer. The frame grabber can then be used to process or share the pictures.
