Fraternization

Fraternization is when two people interact in a friendly or romantic way, even though they work together. This can sometimes cause problems because it can make it hard for them to work together without feeling like their relationship is getting in the way. It's usually best for people to try to keep their work relationships and romantic relationships separate.
