Fregoli delusion

Fregoli delusion is a mental health condition where a person believes that different people are actually the same person in disguise. For example, a person with Fregoli delusion may think that every time they see someone, it is the same person from before. It's like the same person is always following them and it is like playing a game of pretend. It's like the person is an actor who is changing their costume and pretending to be different people, but it's really just them. It can be very confusing and upsetting for someone with this condition.
