ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Frequency compensation

Frequency compensation is a way of adjusting how often a thing happens so that it stays the same. It's like if you and your friend were counting to 100 but they were going really slowly, you could speed up to match your friend so that you both finish at the same time. Frequency compensation is like that but with signals, like electrical signals, instead of counting.
