Frontal eye field

The frontal eye field is an area in the front of your brain that helps you move your eyes. It works like a map in your brain and tells your eyes which way to look. It's a lot like using the keyboard and mouse on a computer to move a cursor - the frontal eye field tells your eyes which way to move and they move the same way the cursor moves.
