Fugitive emissions

Okay, imagine that every time we use something like a car or a factory, it makes something called emissions. Emissions are like puffs of smoke or gas that come out of the thing we're using. Sometimes, these emissions are bad for the air and can make it hard for us to breathe.

Now, there are some emissions that we don't see or notice as much - these are called fugitive emissions. Fugitive emissions are like little sneaky puffs of gas or vapor that escape from things like pipes or tanks. They're sneaky because we can't always see them or know they're happening.

So, when we talk about fugitive emissions, we mean all these little sneaky puffs that are escaping from things around us. Sometimes, people try to control fugitive emissions so they don't harm the air or the environment. It's important to keep an eye on fugitive emissions so we can stay healthy and keep our planet healthy too!
