Full spectrum dominance

Full spectrum dominance is when one country has control over all the different parts or "spectrums" of the world. For example, a country might have control over the oceans, the skies, the land, and the internet. It might also have control over what people say or do in different countries. Basically, it means that one country can dominate the world, or have a very strong influence on it.
