Futanari

Futanari is a term used to describe someone with both male and female characteristics. For example, in anime, you might see a character who is drawn to look like they have both male and female parts, like having both a penis and a vagina. Futanari characters often look very different from real people, but they are still considered to be both male and female. Futanari characters can also be used to represent gender fluidity, or the idea that someone's gender can change over time.
