Gallurese is a dialect of Italian that is spoken in the Northern part of Italy, in a region known as Gallura. This dialect has its own unique pronunciation and vocabulary, so it sounds quite different from regular Italian. Gallurese words often have their own meanings that are different from the usual Italian words. Some Gallurese words have been passed down through the generations, so even though the language may have changed over time, some of the original words and phrases have been kept alive.
