Generation Snowflake

Ok kiddo, so you know how sometimes adults can get mad or upset when things don't go their way? Well, some people think that the generation of young adults who were born in the 90s and early 2000s, also known as "Generation Snowflake", get really easily upset about things that don't bother older generations.

They say that these people are fragile like snowflakes and need extra care and attention because they get hurt or offended easily. Some examples people give of this are: getting upset when someone makes a joke that could be seen as offensive, demanding trigger warnings before reading or watching something that might be uncomfortable, and expecting to always feel safe and comfortable in every situation.

Some people think this is a bad thing because it means these young adults may not be able to handle tough situations in the future. Others think it's good because it shows that people care about being kind and respectful to others. But either way, this "Generation Snowflake" label is just a way people talk about a certain group of young adults and their perceived attitudes and behaviors.
