Genpatsu-shinsai

Genpatsu-shinsai is when a nuclear power plant has a large earthquake that causes a lot of damage. This happens when the ground shakes so hard that parts of the power plant can break or even catch on fire. To make sure this doesn't happen, special safety measures are put in place to help keep the nuclear power plants safe.
