Germany–Israel relations

Germany and Israel have strong political and economic ties. They both care about each other's safety and have worked together in many areas, such as trade, science, and security. Germany has been a strong supporter of Israel since its founding in 1948, and Germany's leaders have made it clear that they will always stand by Israel.
