So you know when you get lots of letters or emails from people trying to sell you things? Sometimes you don't want those letters or emails anymore because they keep bothering you. Well, if you tell those people to stop sending you those letters or emails and they don't listen, you can tell them to "get me off your fucking mailing list." That means they have to stop sending you those things that you don't want. Just like when you tell someone to stop touching your toy and they have to listen, when you say "get me off your fucking mailing list," those people have to stop bothering you.
