Gluten exorphin

Okay kiddo, we're going to talk about gluten exorphins. Gluten is a type of protein found in grains like wheat and barley. When our bodies digest gluten, it breaks it down into smaller pieces called peptides. One particular peptide that comes from gluten is called gluten exorphin.

Now, exorphins are special because they can affect our brains. They act a bit like a drug, and can make us feel good or even make us crave more of certain foods. Gluten exorphins in particular are thought to affect people with certain conditions, like autism or schizophrenia, because they can affect how our brains work.

However, it's important to note that not everyone is affected by gluten exorphins in the same way. For most people, eating gluten is perfectly fine and won't have any negative effects. It's only for people with certain conditions that it may be a problem. So while gluten exorphins may sound a bit scary, there's no need to worry if you're not affected by them!
