Gluttony

Okay kiddo, remember how we talked about how it's important to eat enough food to stay healthy and strong, right? Well, gluttony is when someone eats way too much food all at once, and they don't really need it to stay healthy or strong.

Think about it like this. You know how when you have your favorite snack, like chips or candy, you might want to keep eating them because they taste so good? But when you eat too much of it, you start to feel sick or get a tummy ache. That's kind of like what gluttony is, but on a much bigger scale.

Instead of just having a little too much of a snack, a person who is gluttonous might eat way too much food at every meal, even if they're not hungry anymore. They might eat until they feel stuffed or uncomfortable, and they might do this all the time.

Now, it's okay to have a big meal sometimes, like at a special occasion or holiday. But if someone is always eating too much, it can be a problem. It can make them unhealthy and unhappy, and it can also make other people around them feel uncomfortable or worried about their health.

So remember, it's important to eat enough to stay healthy and strong, but it's not okay to eat so much that we feel sick or uncomfortable all the time.
