Go-backs

Okay kiddo, have you ever gone shopping with your mommy or daddy and you saw them put something back on the shelf because they changed their mind? Well, sometimes people who work at the store have to put things back on the shelf too.

When a store worker finds something that is not in the right spot, or is damaged, or has been returned by someone else, they have to put it back where it belongs. This is called "go-backs".

The store worker walks around the store with a cart or basket and picks up all the things that are not in the right spot or have to go back on the shelf. They then take them back to where they belong and put them back in the right spot.

It's like cleaning up your toys and putting them back in the toy box, so that everything is neat and tidy for the next time you want to play with them. The store worker wants the store to look neat and tidy too, so that you and your mommy or daddy can enjoy shopping without any problems.
