Goat water

Goat water is a special dish made from cooking goat meat with herbs and spices in a big pot of water until it turns into a yummy stew. It's a traditional dish enjoyed in some Caribbean communities, especially in Grenada. To make it, people chop up the goat meat into tiny pieces and add it to a pot filled with water. Then they add seasoning like garlic, cloves, thyme, and bay leaves to make it taste good. They simmer it all together for a few hours until the meat becomes tender and the water turns into delicious broth. It's a hearty meal that people usually eat with rice, dumplings, or bread. So if you ever hear someone talking about goat water, they're actually talking about a delicious meal made from goat meat and spices!
