Good reasons approach

The "Good Reasons Approach" is a way of making decisions where we think about all of the facts and reasons for each choice, and pick the one that has the most good reasons.

Let's say you want to choose what to have for dinner tonight. You could choose pizza, tacos, or salad.

To use the Good Reasons Approach, you would think about all the reasons why each option is a good choice.

For pizza, maybe you think it's delicious, it's easy to find a pizza place nearby, and you haven't had it in a while.

For tacos, maybe you think they're tasty and healthier than pizza, and you have all the ingredients at home to make them.

For salad, maybe you think it's the healthiest option and it will help you reach your fitness goals.

Then, you compare all of these reasons and decide which option has the most good reasons.

In this case, you might decide that salad has the most good reasons, and that's what you'll choose for dinner.

So, the Good Reasons Approach is a way to make decisions based on what has the most good reasons, instead of just going with our first impulse or personal preference. It's a simple and helpful way to make better choices in everyday life.
