Government failure

Government failure is when a government policy doesn't work the way it was supposed to. It means that the government did something to try to fix a problem, but it didn't work and made the problem worse. Government failure can be caused by things like not thinking hard enough about how the policy would work, not having enough money to make it work, or the policy not addressing the problem in the right way.
