Governor-General of Kenya

The governor-general in Kenya was like the big boss of the country during the time when Kenya was controlled by the United Kingdom. They were chosen by the Queen of England to represent her in Kenya and make sure that things were going smoothly. The governor-general had a lot of important jobs to do, like making laws and decisions about how the country should be run. They also had to make sure that people were following the rules and behaving themselves. It was like being in charge of a really big game of make-believe, where everyone pretended that the governor-general was the most important person in Kenya. But even though they had a lot of power, they still had to listen to other people and work with them to make sure that everyone was happy and safe.
