Great Firewall

The Great Firewall of China is a way of censoring the internet in China. It blocks people in China from looking at some websites, videos and other online information that the government does not want them to see. It does this by blocking certain websites and making sure that certain words and topics cannot be searched for on the internet. The Great Firewall makes sure that Chinese people can't see certain information that the government does not approve of, which helps the government to control what people in China can read and watch online.
