Happy victimizing

Happy victimizing is when someone acts like they are a victim in order to make themselves feel better or to make someone else feel bad. For example, if a person is frustrated or angry, they might claim that someone else is victimizing them in order to make themselves feel better or to guilt the other person into apologizing or changing their behavior.
