Hauberk

A hauberk is like a big shirt made out of metal rings. It's kind of like a costume that people used to wear a long, long time ago to protect themselves in battles. The metal rings are all linked together to make the shirt really strong and hard to cut or poke with weapons. Think of it like a tough shield that you wear on your body! People would wear a hauberk over their regular clothes and sometimes put a big metal helmet on their head, too. They were really heavy and not very comfortable, but they could save your life in a fight!
