Health mark

Hey kiddo, have you ever seen a sticker that says "health mark" on a food item or a toy? Well, that's because it means that someone has checked to make sure it's safe and healthy for you to use or eat!

Just like how your parents check to make sure you don't touch things that might be dangerous or eat food that's gone bad, there are people who are trained to make sure that things you play with or eat are safe, too. They might look at the ingredients in your food or test out toys to make sure they don't have any sharp edges or small parts that could be swallowed.

So when you see that "health mark" sticker, you can feel confident that someone has made sure the thing you're using or eating is okay and won't hurt you. Pretty neat, huh?
