It's a camera that is hidden in a place where people might not notice it, so that it can take pictures or record videos without anyone knowing.

Sometimes, people use hidden cameras to spy on other people, and that's not okay. But sometimes, hidden cameras can be used for good things too, like to keep an eye on your house or to make sure that nobody is stealing things from your store.

Even though hidden cameras can be very small and hard to see, they still work just like regular cameras. When something happens in front of the camera, it takes a picture or records a video that you can watch later.
