High Court of Justiciary

The high court of justiciary is a big group of people who decide whether someone is guilty or not guilty of a really big crime. It's like when you play a game with your friends and you pick one person to be in charge of making sure everyone follows the rules. Except this is a really serious game and the people who make the rules are called judges.

So let's say someone was accused of doing something really bad like stealing or hurting someone else. They would have to go to the high court of justiciary to see if they really did it.

The judges would listen to all the information about what happened and decide if the person is guilty or not guilty. If they are guilty, then the judges decide what punishment the person should get, like going to jail or paying a lot of money.

The high court of justiciary is very important because it helps make sure that everyone follows the rules and is treated fairly. It's like having a big group of smart people who make sure everyone plays by the rules.
