High-power rocketry

High-power rocketry is a hobby where people build and launch rockets. These rockets are much bigger and more powerful than the ones you buy at the store. High-power rockets are powered by special rockets motors, which contain a chemical fuel called "black powder." When the black powder is lit, it creates a big explosion which pushes the rocket into the air. People who build and fly high-power rockets use them to try and break records for how high and far the rockets fly. It is a fun and exciting hobby.
