Hilbert transform

Hilbert transform is a kind of mathematical tool that can help us to figure out what is inside a sound wave. It separates out the parts of a sound wave that make music or speech sound different, like the lows and the highs. If you clap your hands, it’s like having two different music notes clap together. The Hilbert transform can help us hear each of those notes separately so it sounds better.
