History of anime

Anime is a type of animated TV show or movie that comes from Japan. It has a long and interesting history that has evolved over the years.

The very first anime was created in Japan in the early 1900s. It was a short film called "Katsudo Shashin" which means "Moving Pictures." It was created using a technique called "stop-motion animation," which involves creating a scene with objects or characters and taking a picture of each movement.

In the 1950s, Japan started making TV shows for children using hand-drawn animation. This was the beginning of anime as we know it today. These shows became very popular in Japan and eventually spread to other countries like the United States. Some popular examples of early anime include "Astro Boy" and "Gigantor".

In the 1980s and 1990s, anime became even more popular outside of Japan. Shows like "Dragon Ball," "Sailor Moon," and "Pokemon" were huge hits with children around the world.

Today, anime is more popular than ever. It has become a global phenomenon with fans all around the world. There are now anime conventions where people dress up as their favorite characters and attend panels and events.

Anime continues to evolve with new styles and trends. Many anime shows now feature computer-generated animation and 3D graphics. But no matter how it changes, anime will always be a beloved part of Japanese culture and entertainment.
