Honey

Honey is a special food that comes from bees. Bees collect sweet flower nectar and take it back to their hive. Inside of the hive, the bees turn that nectar into honey by mixing it with enzymes from their own bodies. After that, the bees fan their wings over the honeycomb cells to reduce the moisture in the honey and make it nice and thick. That's how honey is made! Honey has a sweet taste and can be used in baking, as a sweetener for drinks, and as a medicine.
